I have a 317 skid steer loader that will not release

 · Hello, I have a John 317 skid steer loader that will not release or disengage the PARK BRAKE. I run the diagnostics and the SEAT SWITCH and the SEAT BELT SWITCH works fine. I've measured the coil resistance of the PARK BRAKE SOLENOID and it is around 10 Ohms, right where it is suppose to be.
